Rydym am benodi Aseswyr / IQA cymwys i recriwtio a chynnal llwyth achosion o ddysgwyr, darparu hyfforddiant, asesiad, cefnogaeth ac arweiniad i ddysgwyr sy'n dilyn hyfforddiant prentisiaeth gyda sefydliadau yng Ngogledd Cymru.
Gellir penodi ymgeiswyr nad ydynt yn Aseswyr cymwys ond sy'n meddu ar gymhwyster galwedigaethol perthnasol ar y lefel briodol gyda'r profiad angenrheidiol yn y sector yn Aseswr dan hyfforddiant.
Mae cyfrifoldebau allweddol yn cynnwys:
- Cynnal llwyth achosion o ddysgwyr a chyflawni targedau ymgysylltu â chyflogwyr a recriwtio prentisiaid (dysgwyr) yn ôl ardaloedd daearyddol a grwpiau oedran dysgwyr.
- Cynnal gweithdrefnau cychwyn busnes cyflogwyr a dysgwyr, gwiriadau cymhwyster dysgwyr, asesiad cychwynnol a sefydlu, gan gwblhau'r holl ddogfennaeth angenrheidiol yn gywir ac ar amser.
- Cynllunio a chynnal asesiad o ddysgwyr i safonau cenedlaethol, gan gofnodi penderfyniadau asesu yn unol â gofynion ADT (WBL) Ltd a'r Corff Dyfarnu.
- Adolygu cynnydd a chyflawniad dysgwyr yn unol â gweithdrefnau a gofynion cytundebol ADT (WBL) Ltd, gosod targedau heriol, cefnogi a mentora dysgwyr i sicrhau bod targedau dysgu ac asesu yn cael eu cyrraedd a bod gweithgareddau dysgu fframwaith a annibynnol yn cael eu cwblhau erbyn y disgwyl/cytûn ffrâm amser.
Yn ddelfrydol byddwch yn:
- Bod yn siaradwr Cymraeg.
- Bod neu wedi cael eich cyflogi'n ddiweddar mewn rôl debyg gyda darparwr hyfforddiant neu goleg..
- Bod â chymwysterau galwedigaethol hyd at Lefel 3 neu uwch mewn maes galwedigaethol perthnasol.
- Bod yn aseswr cymwys (A1, D32, D33) a/neu ddilyswr mewnol.
- Wedi cyflawni Sgiliau Allweddol/SHC ar Lefel 2 neu uwch mewn Cyfathrebu, Rhif a TGCh.
- Meddu ar drwydded yrru ddilys ac mae defnyddio car dibynadwy yn unig yn hanfodol i'r post.

Childcare/Playwork/STL Assessor
Salary: £24,764 – £27,490 per annum
We are looking to appoint qualified Assessors /IQAs to recruit and maintain a caseload of learners, deliver training, assessment, support and guidance to learners undertaking apprenticeship training with organisations in North Wales.
Candidates who are not qualified Assessors but hold a relevant occupational qualification at the appropriate level with the necessary experience in the sector may be appointed as a trainee Assessor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain a caseload of learners and achieve employer engagement and apprentice (learner) recruitment targets by geographical areas and learner age groups.
- Carry out employer and learner start-up procedures, learner eligibility checks, initial assessment and induction, completing all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
- Plan and undertake assessment of learners to national standards, recording assessment decisions in accordance with ADT (WBL) Ltd and Awarding Body requirements.
- Review learner progress and achievement in accordance with ADT (WBL) Ltd procedures and contractual requirements, setting challenging targets, supporting and mentoring learners to ensure learning and assessment targets are met and framework and stand alone learning activities are completed by the expected/agreed time frame.
Ideally you will:
- Be a Welsh speaker.
- Be or have been recently employed in a similar role with a training provider or college and have developed strong links within the Early Years Care and Playwork sector.
- Be occupationally qualified to Level 3 or above in a relevant occupational area.
- Be a qualified assessor (A1, D32, D33) and/or internal verifier.
- Have achieved Key Skills/ESW at Level 2 or above in Comms, Number and ICT.
- Have a valid driving licence and the exclusive use of a reliable car is essential to the post.
All appointments are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
